Held in partnership with Olivia Barrell and Art Formes Gallery from the 1 – 21 March 2026, this three-week workshop brought together four of South Africa’s pioneering ceramic artists with students from the University of Pretoria and the Tshwane University of Technology. During this period master artists Nic Sithole, Clive Sithole, Ludwe Mgolombane, and Sbonelo Luthuli spent time creating their own work for exhibition later this year, whilst mentoring students and demonstrating different techniques, from the use of the wheel to creating your own pit kiln to fire work.
